Ravi Rao is an organizational advisor, conflict resolver, change process navigator and leadership instructor. His work to serve others, entitled Rao Leadership, is the outgrowth of his many years of work with organizations as well as his personal awakening process.
His academic background includes training inneurosurgery at Harvard, as well as research in emotional development. His experience as a senior manager at McKinsey & Company has shaped hisapproach to working with large global entities. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Virginia. Currently Dr. Rao is
reaching beyond the corporate boardrooms to share his knowledge with humanity at large.
His mission is to use his knowledge of science to create a world connected through emotional understanding and acceptances as well as helping people reach their full potential.
