| When contacted by individuals or
businesses regarding presumed phenomena, OCSPR arranges for an on-site investigation. |

| An investigation may include the following: |

The investigators selected are not informed of the specifics of the phenomena to be investigated. |
|
| 2 |
The investigators proceed through the site of the investigation,
individually recording their extrasensory impressions on an OCSPR report form. |
|
| 3 |
Meditation circles may be used and audio/visual recordings taken. Additional scientific equipment will be used if needed. |
|
| 4 |
At the conclusion of the investigation the team
members present their psychic impressions to the contacted. Upon verification of the phenomena, and in conjunction with other scientific
data taken, recommendations will then be made. |
